The volume output is extremely low! There are no touch controls, and pressing the buttons to pause or play is uncomfortable for my ears. Unlike other brands like BOAT, there are no touch controls for skipping tracks. Overall, I would consider this product to be subpar for music, gym, or exercise use.

Within three months, one side completely stopped producing sound. I was surprised and sent an email. They responded quickly, and I returned the product. A week later, I received a replacement. The sound is fantastic, especially the bass—wonderful!

Incredibly comfortable with impressive battery life, allowing me to enjoy music at full volume for hours without being distracted by my surroundings. They charge about ten times faster than they deplete, and the case fits perfectly in my pocket. 😁👍 Just to clarify, I’m definitely not a bot! 🫵🤣

I received a defective product; the left earbud doesn’t work. They refused to return or replace it, directing me to a Skullcandy service center located only in Delhi. Please check their policy beforehand, as they won’t replace the item, and you’ll end up paying for shipping, which nearly doubles the cost. I recommend purchasing from another delivery site; Amazon’s delivery service is the worst.

The bass is good and the volume is impressive. However, the ear fit could be improved as they feel a bit loose.

Skullcandy is the only brand of earbuds that comfortably fit my small ears without causing pain after just a couple of hours. During my 12-hour shifts, every moment matters. I can use these earbuds for three consecutive shifts without needing to recharge, simply by alternating the earbud I wear every six hours—usually during lunch when I take them out to eat more comfortably, as wearing them while eating isn’t ideal. I own three sets in every available color, so I have one paired to my phone, another to my iPad, and a third as a backup for my laptop.
The controls on the earbuds function well, but they can be a bit tricky to use when in my ears, so I generally take them out to adjust them, though that may just be an issue with my ears. I haven’t had any problems with the cases breaking, even after frequent drops on hard surfaces. Occasionally, the buds don’t turn on when taken out of the case, but this is easily remedied by putting them back in and trying again. The Bluetooth connection is quick and reliable.
I highly recommend these earbuds and plan to continue using them until they’re discontinued. At that point, I’ll switch to another version from this brand, as I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years.
