Sound:
The headset sounds fantastic. It offers a good amount of bass while also delivering clear highs. The midrange is well represented as well. Overall, it produces a balanced sound without any particular frequency being overly prominent. The volume on both the PC and phone is more than sufficient.

The noise isolation from surrounding sounds is quite strong, which unfortunately means my son, who primarily uses the headphones, can no longer hear me!

Microphone:
The microphone is adjustable and can be folded away. Its height adjustment and flexible arm make it easy to position in front of the mouth. People on the other end say that I’m clearly understood.

Comfort:
The headset is very comfortable to wear. The ear cushions don’t press on my ears, and the headband is well padded. The connecting cable is long enough and flexible. There’s a small control box in the cable that features a handy volume control and a mute switch. Additionally, a 4-pole jack to dual 3-pole jack adapter (for microphone and headphone output) is included.

Durability:
After several weeks of use, there are no signs of wear and tear. The glossy finish plastic is still scratch-free. Overall, the headset feels quite sturdy. Should there ever be a cable break, the cable connects to the headset via a jack plug, allowing for easy replacement with another 4-pole jack cable if needed—though you’d lose the control box for volume and mute. It’s worth noting that you need to push the jack plug into the headphone socket firmly the first time; my son hadn’t done this enough, leading him to think the headphones were faulty since sound was missing on one side.

Conclusion:
I am really satisfied with the headset. The price-to-performance ratio is excellent. Strangely, the headset was originally labeled as suitable for ages 18 and up, but customer support has since changed that after I called. Unfortunately, they also raised the price.

I don’t understand the negativity surrounding these headphones; they’re actually quite good. I’m impressed by the bass they produce. After adjusting some EQ settings, I’m very satisfied with them.

I did encounter a minor issue at first—my initial pair had a mic problem. I reached out to customer support for a replacement, and they promptly sent one out. I returned the old pair at Kohl’s, and this new one is working perfectly.

The sound quality is solid, and the bass is impressive. The mic could use some improvement, but it gets the job done. I plan to get some foam for the mic to enhance its quality. I purchased these on sale for under $10, so overall, I’m really pleased.

With a frequency range from 15Hz to 20kHz and decent drivers, these headphones deliver impressive sound quality for their price. There is no dominance of any of the three main frequencies; the audio is crystal clear, and they truly shine in gaming. The microphone performs well, capturing a rich voice, though it lacks any ambient noise cancellation. They are very lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods once properly adjusted. The only downside is that the ear cups can get warm.

Please avoid purchasing this product. The quality is extremely poor, and once delivered, you can only get a replacement, not a refund. The sound volume is very low, and the overall sound quality is subpar. I bought it on May 30, 2024, and as of July 18, it has stopped working. The warranty support is nonexistent; they keep redirecting me to another email and contact number that isn’t reachable. I’ve tried contacting them 100 times without any response. If I could give zero stars, I would.
