I purchased these earphones a month ago, and I’ve already started experiencing battery issues. Soon after, the left earbud stopped working entirely, including its sensors. Now, I’m left with poor sound quality from the right earbud. Although the product comes with a one-year warranty, the support team from APPARIO RETAIL PVT. LTD., which handles Amazon Basics concerns, has been unhelpful. They don’t respond to my calls or emails, no matter how many times I reach out.

This product is perfect for use on phones, tablets, computers, and laptops. It’s excellent for listening to music and making calls. As a price-performance product, it deserves to be at the top of its category. Its size is just right, and the performance greatly exceeds its cost. It’s truly a valuable item.

The microphone quality is impressive for the price. The sound quality is decent. The battery life is excellent; I’ve been using it for a week without any issues. Both the earbuds and the case have a great fit and finish.

These headphones are affordable and quite basic. They’re not designed for audiophiles, but given the price, that’s expected. The sound quality is adequate for streaming Netflix and YouTube, where audio compression makes high-end equipment unnecessary.
They come in a plain cardboard box and feature a standard headphone plug rather than any fancy USB connectors. The adjustable sizing works well, even accommodating my large head. The sound is clear, with well-defined highs and lows, and I haven’t experienced any static or crackling. At maximum volume, there is some distortion, but for $12, and since I rarely use max volume, it’s not a deal-breaker for me.
The only downside is that after about a year, the plastic covering on the earpads has begun to peel. The headphones still function, but they don’t look great anymore. If these were priced at $25, I’d rate them a star lower, but overall, I’m quite satisfied with my purchase.

From day one, this product was a disappointment. It disconnects every few seconds, rendering it completely ineffective. I intended to use it during my morning walks, but it’s proven to be utterly useless. Having used various AirPods for over a decade, I know it’s not an issue on my end. I spent ten days after delivery assessing its performance, and now I’m stuck with a product I can’t return.
