The Boat AirDopes 190 delivers decent performance overall. The sound quality and battery life are commendable, but the earbuds do have a tendency to slip out, impacting comfort. On the bright side, call clarity and noise reduction are impressive, especially when compared to other models in the Boat AirDopes range. However, the design doesn’t appeal to me, and I found the case to be of inferior quality. Despite these shortcomings, the AirDopes 190 remains a solid option, providing reliable functionality for its price.

I’ve been using this product for over a year, and it’s been fantastic for the price. I purchased it in January 2023 during a sale for ₹1,200. The sound quality is impressive, with amazing bass and beats, and it performs well for gaming too. The RGB lights are a highlight, making it visually appealing, although they only activate for 5 seconds when you open or close the case.
In terms of durability, it’s held up remarkably well. I’ve dropped it multiple times from tables and beds, and while the earbuds sometimes pop out of the case, they haven’t sustained any damage or lost functionality.
However, if you plan on making long calls, the microphone quality is just average—not crystal clear but understandable. I prefer using it indoors for calls.
Regarding the gaming experience, it claims a latency of 40 ms, and I’ve tried it with games like Free Fire, BGMI, Minecraft, and CarX Street. It performs well, so I can confidently recommend it for gaming.
So, was it worth ₹1,200? Absolutely! It’s an excellent product at that price. Even at its current price of ₹1,600 or ₹1,700, I still think it’s a great value. I took some time to write this, so if it was helpful, please give it a like!

I purchased this product in January 2024, and I’ve encountered several issues. It has connectivity problems, the right earphone produces an annoying sound during calls, and it frequently disconnects. After requesting a replacement, the company sent me a refurbished and defective unit. The right earbud is quieter than the left, and it still makes the same annoying sound. I contacted customer service again, but they sent me the same faulty product and claimed there was no sound imbalance issue. I then visited a nearby service center and received another refurbished product, but it had a microphone issue—people on the other end couldn’t hear me. Since this product didn’t come with a bill, I couldn’t request another replacement. My final advice: avoid buying BoAt products.

I got these 190 Boat earphones for ₹1299. When I opened the parcel, the first thing I noticed was that the charging case had scratches all over it. Forget about the quality; I didn’t even receive a warranty card, stickers, or extra tips. It felt like a complete waste of money, and it was obvious they had been used before. I thought, okay, let’s give them a try, but when I went to charge them, they were dead. After charging for 15 minutes, the case got so hot that I could feel the heat when I put the earbuds in my ears. Total disappointment!

I’ve been using these for a year now, having purchased them last year. The response is fantastic, the sound quality is great, and they are both durable and water-resistant. I’ve encountered no issues at all; I’ve used them in light rain and dropped them a few times. Recently, after about 10 months, one of the earbuds stopped working, but I claimed the warranty and got a replacement without any hassle, so their customer support is excellent. They are definitely worth buying, though if you prefer a bass-heavy sound, these might not be the best fit, as they lack that bass. However, they are perfect for my preferences.

I’ve been using these headphones for over a year now, and they are fantastic. Like any product, they have their pros and cons.
Pros:
1) Excellent bass
2) Good microphone quality, even in noisy environments
3) Boat’s signature sound never fails to impress
4) Impressive battery life
5) The RGB feature is definitely a nice touch
6) The case is lightweight
Cons:
1) There is no battery indicator
2) Charging time takes 2-3 hours from 0 to 100%
3) No volume control available
4) Latency in beast mode could be improved for gaming
5) Be cautious when traveling on bumpy roads; the headphones may turn on automatically due to a loose connection with the case
These drawbacks are common in other headphone brands as well. I’ve tried other brands like Boult Maverick, Boult Astra, Ptron, Amazon Basics, Mivi, and Redmi, but Boat stands out as the best among them.
In conclusion, if you’re in the market for solid mid-budget headphones, I highly recommend considering the Boat brand, especially for its signature sound. Thanks! 😊
