I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of Boat headphones. As a loyal customer, this experience has been frustrating and upsetting. I urge anyone considering these headphones to read my review carefully before deciding.
At first, the headphones worked well, but after the battery drained, they refused to charge. Unfortunately, I was out of town and missed the return window, even though I’m a Prime member. To add to my frustration, a friend who bought the same headphones faced the exact same issue. This has been a highly aggravating experience, and I will not be purchasing any Boat products in the future.

I expected at least 50 hours of battery life based on the claim of 100 hours, but I’m only getting less than 6 hours of continuous music playback. I’m honestly quite disappointed with that. On the positive side, the sound quality is good, the connectivity is solid, and I really like the design and comfort. Just really let down by the battery life. 😕

With an impressive 100 hours of playtime and 13 mm drivers, the audio experience is exceptional. The four microphones with ENx technology provide crystal-clear communication, while the BEAST mode enhances gaming with a low latency of just 50 ms. Features like Insta Wake N’Pair and ASAP Charge add to their convenience, and the Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity along with IPX5 water resistance increases their adaptability. Overall, these earbuds offer outstanding performance and durability.

The design is somewhat complex, making it a bit challenging to remove and reinsert. The connectivity is average; it doesn’t connect instantly as advertised, and I often have to manually connect it to Bluetooth with my iPhone 15+. Occasionally, it connects without needing to open the case. However, the battery life is excellent, and the sound quality meets expectations. I haven’t used the other features extensively, but they seem to work well.

This TWS offers excellent value for its price range. The sound quality is impressive, and the matte finish gives it a stylish touch. They fit comfortably in the ears, making them suitable for gaming with minimal latency. The battery life is also commendable. What stands out the most for me is the call quality; it’s exceptional for phone calls. Overall, this is a fantastic product to purchase at this price point. I particularly enjoy the bass mode, which delivers clear and sharp audio. Truke has truly excelled in providing great audio quality.

Extremely disappointing product. A complete waste of money. It did not perform as advertised on the product page. The battery life certainly does not last 100 hours; even 50 hours seems impossible. The build quality feels very cheap and does not match the images shown online. A lower-priced neckband with one microphone outperforms this product’s four microphones. The microphone quality in a bike helmet is unacceptable. Listeners often say, “What did you say?” For optimal performance, these earbuds require a completely quiet environment; otherwise, they are just not usable. Even at full volume, the battery barely lasts half a day. The claim of 100 hours is just a joke. I recommend looking for a different product. Thank you.
