Purchased for ₹1500. Here’s my review after three months of use:

1) Sound Quality – Good (4/5).
2) Battery Life – Average (3/5).
3) Connectivity and Portability – Below average (2.5/5).
4) Bud Design – Poor (2.5/5). The buds are slightly larger than usual, making them uncomfortable and painful after extended use.
5) Performs poorly when connected to a laptop, with constant sound glitches during online videos and Teams meetings.

I am not affiliated with any brand, nor do I have any motivation to speak negatively about products. I purchased this item a month ago, and out of the two earbuds, one has stopped functioning, while the microphone on the other is defective. The earphones frequently disconnect every 5 to 10 minutes during use, which is quite frustrating. I work out at the gym for two hours every day. Although the product claims to be water-resistant, I can tell you from my experience that the disconnecting issue began with just minimal sweat exposure while running. Therefore, it’s not suitable for gym use at all.

I’ve had similar experiences with previous products from Boat. I once owned the Boat Bassheads 225 wired earphones, and over the course of a year, I had to have them replaced under warranty three times. Each time, the process of pickup, repair, and dispatch took an entire month. I then switched to the Boat Rockerz, which also failed on one side after just three months. They replaced it under warranty, but again, I had to wait a full month. Now I’ve purchased the Immortal model, and unsurprisingly, I’m encountering issues just one month in.

I am extremely frustrated with Boat. This will be my last review for them, and I have no intention of returning to the brand in the future. As they say, “Sasta roye baar baar, Mahenga roye ek baar.” I am considering increasing my budget for a premium product that offers better durability.

- The 40 ms latency in “beast mode” is impressive—perfect for BGMI players who know how crucial sound cues like footsteps are. It performs well in gaming, although the bass is prominent and the treble could use some adjustment (recommended to use an equalizer).
- The design and RGB lighting are stunning and add a cool touch.
Cons:
- Can be uncomfortable after prolonged use; wearing them for over an hour sometimes causes ear pain due to the earbuds’ design (the silicon tip can be irritating).
- The build quality feels sturdy, but I’ve noticed a slight gap where the mic is fixed, which may allow moisture to enter.
- Overall, it’s a great option in this price range, but I wouldn’t recommend wearing them all day.
- After using them for over two weeks, I believe they’re a solid choice. If you’re on a budget and looking for stylish earbuds from Boat, this is a great buy at just 1299 during sales.
