I purchased this product, and within about two months, I encountered connectivity issues. I opted for servicing or a replacement, and the process went smoothly. However, after receiving the replacement, the product malfunctioned again within three weeks. I requested servicing once more, and it was clearly stated that the delivery person should check for any physical damage. When I handed over the product, there were no visible damages. The delivery person took the product and left. A few days later, Boat sent me photos showing apparent physical damage that I did not cause. When I returned the product for servicing, it was undamaged. Now, Boat has denied my request for servicing or a replacement. This has been a really frustrating experience.

The boAt Immortal 111 is a great option for gamers on a budget. With an impressive 40-hour battery life and a low-latency gaming mode for synchronized audio, it also offers a comfortable fit. Although the sound quality isn’t top-notch, it provides excellent value for the price.

I really like these earphones! They look fantastic and have a cool design. I can’t help but admire myself in the mirror with my earbuds in! 😂 The sound quality is great, and the bass is nice. However, there’s a common issue with many products bought online: they claim to have a battery life of 48 hours, but in reality, it only lasts just under 20 hours, which is disappointing.

The TWS offers excellent quality and pairs quickly, but the earbuds are quite large and uncomfortable; I experienced ear pain after just 20 minutes of use. At a price of Rs. 1500/-, it doesn’t quite justify the cost—RGB lights alone don’t make a TWS worth that much. The sound quality is good, and the bass is impressive up to 70-75% volume, but beyond that, it becomes overpowering and uncomfortable. I tried both balanced and boat signature modes, and the results were consistent. In contrast, my Boat Rockers 255 Pro+ collar headphones are very comfortable and handle higher volumes well. I also tested gaming and found the lag to be impressively low in the beast/gaming mode compared to other TWS options. Overall, the headphones have great quality, but they’re not suitable for long-term wear.

They are both water and dust resistant, which is a great feature. The RGB LEDs give them a modern and fresh appearance. Despite the lighting, the battery life is impressive—I’ve been able to use them for three days on a single charge. Plus, with the fast charging feature, just 20 minutes of charging provides enough power for a full day. The sound quality is loud and crisp, and in gaming mode, I can hear every detail and effect in the background music.
