JBL Tune Flex

Excellent product!

I use these for work, and they are fantastic. Their full functionality comes from the noise cancellation (ANC), which they are specifically designed for. This is my first pair of ANC headphones, and I’m really impressed with how well it works at reducing outside noise. The only downside is the high battery consumption; it lasts about a week in the case based on my usage.

Without ANC, the battery lasts much longer, but the microphones don’t perform as well. The sound quality deteriorates significantly, picking up a lot of external noise. However, with ANC on, I hardly hear the fan I use while working, as long as I don’t position the airflow towards the left side where I believe the microphone picks up sound better. It took me a bit to figure this out, but that’s now my preferred setup.

The fit is also very comfortable, even with the ear tips (and I usually dislike using tips—I’ve grown to like them with these headphones). The app, connectivity, and sound quality are all excellent; I especially appreciate the sound quality given my background in music and my focus on audio fidelity.

Considering the reliability of the brand and the overall performance, I believe this is a worthwhile long-term investment. I recommend it for anyone who can afford it; otherwise, the Wave Flex option from the same brand is a solid alternative at nearly half the price.

I purchased these airbuds on Amazon for Rs 6999. Unfortunately, within a month, the left earbud stopped charging and working. I received a replacement from an offline dealer, but after three more months of use, the right earbud has now also stopped functioning. I’m unsure if I will get another replacement. It feels like my money has gone to waste. I invested in a high-end product expecting durability, but it has been a disappointing experience. Popular brands like this should be able to deliver lasting quality. Very disappointed with JBL. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

These JBL earbuds are of excellent quality with several positive aspects:
👍 – Long battery life; I only need to recharge the case once a month.
👍 – Great sound quality and the ability to customize settings through the JBL Headphone app.
👍 – They fit very well in the ears (though I haven’t run with them yet, so I’ll leave that to you to confirm).
👍 – A wide range of features available in the app.
As for negatives, I currently have just one to mention, which is already quite good:
👎 – Changing the ear tips is not very intuitive; you’ll need to apply some force to remove the default tip. If you’re like me and take great care of your belongings, you might hesitate to use your nails for fear of damaging the earbuds (but don’t worry, that won’t happen! 😁).
Overall, aside from this one drawback, these earbuds are of very high quality.

This audio device isn’t cheap, but it delivers impressive volume levels even at 50% when connected to my phone. However, when using it with my laptop, I find that I have to set the volume to 100% for a satisfying experience, which is puzzling given the lower volume output. Additionally, the noise-canceling feature could use some improvement.

The sound quality did not meet my expectations. I’m not satisfied with this product.
