After a week of use, this laptop is overall very good, provided you’re willing to overlook the speaker and battery performance.

I’ve been using this product for a month, and I’m quite impressed with it. I haven’t experienced any lag or issues so far. Here are some pros and cons:

Pros:

1. The design is appealing, and the build quality feels solid, with minimal screen wobble and keyboard flex (it has a plastic body, not metal).
2. The display is exceptional for this price range (IPS 60Hz).
3. The i3 12th gen processor performs well for multitasking, casual gaming, and browsing.
4. The backlit keyboard looks great.
5. Battery life averages around 4-5 hours with 50% brightness and the backlight on (I’ve mainly used it for development).
6. The trackpad’s position and size are well-designed.
7. Its compact and lightweight design makes it portable.

Cons:

1. There’s no lifetime access to MS Office.
2. The RAM is not upgradeable.
3. The sound output is a bit low, but it’s manageable.

Great balance of performance and price. I opted for the Gen 12 i3 instead of the Gen 11 i5, and it was a solid choice. At 37k for 16GB RAM, it felt like a steal. The performance is satisfactory for an entry to mid-level laptop. However, the battery life doesn’t match the claims made by the product. The display, ergonomics, and weight are all decent.
