Noise Buds VS106

The left earpiece of my Noise earbuds won’t connect to Bluetooth. I contacted Amazon’s service center, who redirected me to the retail customer care that delivered my order on October 17, 2023. They then referred me to Noise customer care. After raising my complaint, a week passed, and they closed my ticket, claiming the issue was resolved because I didn’t answer their calls. They contact you from a spam number, and when you pick up, there’s no one on the line—it’s just a dead call. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I had to hang up. Very poor customer service.

Overall, the product offers good value for money.

Positives:

1. The speaker and microphone quality are impressive.
2. It performs well for phone calls and platforms like WhatsApp and Zoom.
3. The design and fit are comfortable; I often forget I’m wearing them, which is a plus!

Negatives:

1. It does not work with voice recording apps on my Android phone.
2. I encounter issues using it with my laptop. The microphone audio quality is subpar, and sometimes my laptop freezes when connecting to Shots Rush. This doesn’t happen with my Jabra or Picun Bluetooth earphones, so I’m unsure if it’s a Shots Rush issue.
3. The touch-sensitive controls can be problematic during workouts, as certain movements like raising my arms can inadvertently change settings.

Disappointing:
Customer support has been very disappointing. After logging a support ticket, I received a call after 5-6 days. The representative merely informed me that my issues were unsupported. When I mentioned the voice recording app problem, he stated that Noise Shots Rush doesn’t support it. I also pointed out that my laptop hangs when connecting to Shots Rush, but works fine with my Jabra earphones. Yet again, he insisted that Shots Rush doesn’t work with laptops!

While the product is a great value, my excitement was dampened by the poor customer support experience, especially since it’s from an Indian company that claims to take pride in its customer service.

The sound quality of the buds is impressive, but both the case and the earbuds could use some enhancements in terms of build quality.

The earbuds perform well overall, but they do have some issues. The microphone is only available on the left bud, and while the sound quality is decent, it’s not exceptional. On the plus side, there are numerous modes and features, along with a solid warranty. Overall, it’s a good product.
