I recently bought the Noise Buds X Prime, expecting high-quality sound and a smooth wireless experience. Unfortunately, I’ve been quite let down. Here’s my take:

Sound Quality
The biggest issue with these earbuds is the sound. The audio quality is disappointing, lacking clarity and depth. The bass is weak, the mids are unclear, and the highs are harsh, making it hard to enjoy any music genre. Whether listening to music, watching videos, or making calls, the audio performance is consistently lackluster.

Connectivity Issues
Connectivity is another major concern. Despite being marketed as truly wireless, the earbuds often struggle with maintaining a stable connection to my device. I frequently experience connection drops, and sometimes one earbud disconnects while the other continues to play. This inconsistency is frustrating, especially during calls or when enjoying music.

Comfort and Fit
The comfort and fit of the Noise Buds X Prime leave much to be desired. They tend to fall out easily with minimal movement, and wearing them for long periods becomes uncomfortable. The earbuds don’t provide a secure fit, which is essential for sound quality and convenience.

Battery Life
Battery life is yet another shortcoming. Despite claims of extended usage, I found myself needing to recharge them more often than anticipated. The battery drains quickly, especially during calls or when streaming music.

The build quality feels cheap and flimsy. Both the charging case and the earbuds are made of low-quality plastic that doesn’t inspire confidence in their durability. Furthermore, the touch controls on the earbuds are unresponsive, making it challenging to manage playback and volume.

In summary, the Noise Buds X Prime in-ear truly wireless earbuds do not live up to their promises. With poor sound quality, unreliable connectivity, uncomfortable fit, disappointing battery life, and low build quality, they fail to provide good value for money. I wouldn’t recommend these earbuds to anyone seeking a dependable and high-quality wireless audio experience.

This is the worst product I’ve ever received online. 😑 First, I got a defective pair; one of the earbuds didn’t work. After exchanging it, the sound quality was acceptable, but the call quality was terrible. Even speaking softly, the person on the other end couldn’t hear me. 😑 After 3-4 months, I noticed the case was getting loose and the call quality was deteriorating. I submitted warranty claims twice, but they closed my tickets without any proper response! The customer service from Noise is the worst. 😑 With all these issues, I regret spending 1800 on these earbuds. 🥲 Please think twice before buying this product. Aside from their appearance, I’m disappointed in every aspect of it. 🙂

The product is decent overall. The build quality is solid, and the sound quality is pleasing. Fast charging works well, and the battery life is acceptable. However, it is not water-resistant. The main drawback is the microphone; you have to speak loudly for the person on the other end to hear you clearly.
