The sound quality is clear, but you have to raise your voice to be heard on the other end.

I’ve been using this product for 10 days, and it’s the worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon. The advertised playtime is 50 hours, but the battery lasts only 40-50 minutes. The right earbud has connection issues, and the noise cancellation is subpar. There are no buttons on the earbuds for answering or disconnecting calls or Bluetooth. Additionally, there’s no charge percentage indicator or complete charging status. The sound quality lacks deep bass and dual-channel audio. Similar products are available on Delhi Road for just Rs. 100-150. Overall, this has been the most disappointing product I’ve ordered from Amazon.

I ordered this in April 2024, but my earbud stopped working. Since it comes with a one-year warranty, I decided to go through the warranty process. However, I found it to be quite troublesome, as I either had to visit the nearest service center or send it to a specified address.

The TruTalk AI ENC call feature is excellent, providing top-notch noise cancellation. The battery life is remarkable, lasting around 40-45 hours with ease. Bluetooth connectivity is outstanding, and the Type-C charging is quick and efficient. They fit my ears perfectly, and I loved them right from the first use.
