Review after 2 months of use:
After using these earbuds for two months, I can confidently say the calling feature is outstanding. The sound quality remains crystal clear even when using just one earpod. Overall, the audio quality is impressive. I appreciate that there are no flashing lights during use, unlike my previous Ptron Bassbuds. The charging speed is also quite fast. However, there are two notable downsides: the battery life is quite short, lasting only 1-2 hours, and the touch sensitivity is excessively high. Even minor contact, like rolling over in bed, can inadvertently pause or play videos. Additionally, I personally struggle to find a snug fit with all three ear tips, resulting in them frequently falling out, though this may vary based on individual ear sizes. Despite these issues, the performance is still significantly better than my last earbuds, the Ptron Bassbuds. I would recommend them.
Review after 6 months of use:
Unfortunately, one of the earbuds stopped charging after three months. I contacted customer support, and they informed me that there is only one service center in the entire state. They offered the option to either bring it in or send it at my own risk and expense, with a minimum turnaround time of two weeks upon receipt. This indicates that repairs aren’t actually done at the local center. Since one earbud was still functional, I decided to wait it out, but then I accidentally dropped that one, and the charging pin broke off. I’ve dropped my old Ptron earbuds countless times without any issues, which highlights how fragile and delicate this product is. Now, I’ve spent 1.5K in six months with no benefit from the one-year warranty. I do not recommend these earbuds. I’m changing my review.

The BTG Neo Dual Pairing Earbuds feature a sleek and ergonomic design, ensuring a comfortable fit even during extended use. Their lightweight and compact nature makes them easy to carry in your pocket or bag, and the charging case, which has a magnetic lid for secure closure, is equally compact.
A highlight of these earbuds is the advanced 6-Mic Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology. This system effectively minimizes background noise during calls, providing crystal-clear voice quality. Whether in a bustling environment or on a busy street, your voice is transmitted loud and clear with the BTG Neo Dual Pairing Earbuds.
Battery life is outstanding, with up to 80 hours of playtime, allowing for days of uninterrupted music enjoyment without needing a recharge. Additionally, the charging case acts as a power bank, enabling you to charge other devices while on the move.
The ultra-low latency of just 35ms is another impressive feature. This minimal delay ensures perfect audio-visual synchronization, making these earbuds ideal for gaming and movie-watching, delivering a seamless experience.
Sound quality is remarkable, thanks to high-quality drivers that produce rich, immersive audio across all frequencies. The bass is punchy and well-defined, while the mids and highs remain crisp and clear, providing an enjoyable listening experience whether you’re into music or movies.
With an IPX4 rating for water and sweat resistance, the BTG Neo Dual Pairing Earbuds are suitable for workouts or outdoor activities, giving you confidence in their durability against moisture.
In summary, the BTG Neo Dual Pairing Earbuds are an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a feature-rich and high-performing audio solution. With advanced technologies like 6-Mic ENC, an impressive 80 hours of playtime, and ultra-low latency, they offer an immersive audio experience that caters to music lovers, gamers, and movie enthusiasts alike.

I really appreciated the compact design and the robust build quality of these earbuds. The sound performance is outstanding; even at high volumes, the audio remains clear and impressive. I also love the feature that allows you to switch sound profiles with just a three-second hold on the right earbud, making it versatile for various uses.
Another highlight is the mic setup, which includes 6+6 mics equipped with ENC technology to minimize background noise and enhance the user experience. The 12-month warranty is a nice touch, ensuring peace of mind regarding service.
These earbuds are fantastic for listening to music, gaming, and watching movies or videos. The multitude of touch controls is a definite plus. The battery life is commendable as well; even at 10% charge, they lasted an entire hour and kept going.
I haven’t encountered any significant drawbacks worth mentioning. Overall, they’ve excelled in nearly every aspect during my use. They are comfortable, which I was initially concerned about, but everything turned out great.
Delivery from Amazon was impressive, arriving just 25 hours after I placed the order. In conclusion, these earbuds are well worth the price and are a fantastic product for the budget. I highly recommend them!

These earbuds offer good quality for the price. There are only two models available, which is decent overall, particularly the microphone quality. Both this model and the Cosmo X50 are quite similar in every aspect. When tested for latency, both perform flawlessly, and the mic works well even outdoors. The only downside is the audio quality. I have the Boat X50 and BTG Neo earbuds, and while the X50 has decent bass, switching back to my Boat headphones reveals a noticeable difference in sound quality. If you don’t already own headphones, earphones, neckbands, or other earbuds and plan to use these daily for music and gaming, I recommend the X50 over this model. The only advantage of these TWS earbuds is the dual pairing feature, which I found to work well. However, if you’re looking for better audio quality beyond gaming, these might not be the best choice for you.
