Truke Clarity 6

I bought these earbuds, and I have to say the quality is extremely disappointing. Pairing them is a hassle, and the sound quality is poor. They claim to have a six-mile range, but I seriously doubt that. Both earbuds are malfunctioning, and switching from PC to mobile has been a nightmare. Since yesterday, my right earbud has stopped working, and the sensor is unreliable—you have to keep tapping it. I’ve only had them for two weeks, and now Amazon won’t accept a return. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

The fit is incredibly snug and comfortable. The various modes—dynamic audio, bass boost, and movie—work seamlessly. Call clarity is outstanding, even in noisy environments. Pairing and connectivity are impressive, while I still need to evaluate the battery life. My only drawback is the lack of volume control. At a price of 1099, it’s definitely worth every penny.

The battery life is impressive, and the noise cancellation works well. However, the design is quite delicate, so you need to handle it carefully while traveling. The sound quality is crystal clear, but the bass is lacking; you won’t fully enjoy the music without a solid bass experience. I’m still assessing the durability.

Initially, the earbuds worked well for two weeks, but then I encountered connectivity problems. They started disconnecting from my previously connected devices, which was frustrating since I bought them to connect to my two smartphones. When attempting to re-pair, the earbuds would show up separately, with one connecting to my business phone and the other to my personal phone. After unpairing and reconnecting, they would eventually sync, but then, about two weeks ago, the left earbud stopped charging entirely. The right earbud connects to both devices without issues. I even left them in the charging case for over 24 hours, but the left bud remained unresponsive. I reached out to Truke’s customer care through their website, but I haven’t received any assistance. If anyone from Truke sees this review, I would appreciate help in resolving this issue and getting my left earbud to work again. I’d be happy to update my review if a solution can be found.
