This is the second defective pair I’ve had in six months! I can no longer connect to the right earbud. The first issue happened after just three days. However, getting a replacement through Amazon was easy and efficient. Now, I’ll have to rely on the manufacturer’s warranty.

I really appreciate the side buttons on these headphones, as they allow for easy control without pushing them deeper into my ears like with other brands. The connection is seamless and very stable, with impressive range. The automatic pairing feature is a nice touch as well.
At first, wearing the headphones felt a bit strange. It’s crucial to know how to properly insert them into your ears; once you do, there’s no discomfort, wobbling, or fear of them falling out.
The microphones are outstanding, providing excellent voice quality. When it comes to sound, I have no complaints. The volume is solid, with deep and powerful bass that is also very clear.
Using the app, I can customize the headphone functions and sound to my liking. The software update through the app was also smooth and trouble-free. The battery life is more than sufficient for my needs.
Overall, these headphones are fantastic, and I can’t imagine being without them. I love music and listen to a wide variety of genres. Over the past three years, I’ve tried several well-known headphone brands, but I’ve never been as satisfied as I am with these. My Fidelios have now dropped to second place overall!
