The product has its merits, with good sound quality and a solid base. However, the fit is a bit off and can cause discomfort in my ears. While it’s easy to use, the durability is quite poor. I received my order yesterday, but the right earbud was defective and emitted strange noises. Occasionally, it also heats up to an uncomfortable level. The left earbud works perfectly fine, but when I reached out to Amazon for a replacement or exchange, they hung up on me, which is incredibly frustrating. Honestly, I don’t even want to give this product a one-star rating. I hope Amazon will address my issue; otherwise, I will lose my trust in them and warn friends and family to avoid shopping on Amazon. Flipkart is a much better option. So, my advice is to steer clear of this product—it doesn’t work properly, and Amazon’s customer service is lacking.

I am extremely disappointed. I purchased these on June 10, 2024, and after just 15 days, the left earbud stopped working.

I purchased this product about 4-5 months ago, and it worked perfectly at first. The sound quality was good, and the fit was great. However, the battery started to malfunction. It would only show one light, and when I plugged it in, it would charge intermittently. After unplugging, it would briefly show a level 1 light before dying. I attempted to open it and accidentally broke the hinge connecting the case to the top, but I managed to fix it. Now it works, although it occasionally acts up again. When that happens, I simply apply some upward force on the hinge, and it starts working again. 😂 I recommend avoiding TWS in this price range; good ones are around 2000 INR. If you decide to buy TWS within this budget, just handle them with care.
